Terms of Service

By accessing and using The Bobi Fans Space website located at https://www.presidentbobifans.space (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and The Bobi Fans Space ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform").

The Bobi Fans Space is a community-driven digital platform dedicated to:

• Providing information about His Excellency Bobi Wine Kyagulanyi and related political movements
• Facilitating community engagement among supporters and well-wishers
• Sharing news, articles, images, and educational content
• Promoting civic awareness and democratic participation in Uganda

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from accessing the Platform under applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes

4.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of The Bobi Fans Space or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Share Platform content through social media with proper attribution
• Download content where explicitly permitted, for personal use only

4.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from the Platform
• Use automated systems (bots, spiders, scrapers) to access the Platform without prior written consent
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the content

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post, upload, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform or servers/networks connected to the Platform
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent
• Promote or engage in hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws

5.2 Community Guidelines

All users must adhere to our core values:

• Respect for all individuals regardless of tribe, religion, or background
• Constructive dialogue and peaceful engagement
• Truthfulness and avoidance of misinformation
• Protection of personal privacy and data

6.1 Submission of Content

By submitting content (comments, images, articles, etc.) to the Platform, you:

• Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content
• Warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content
• Acknowledge that we may, at our sole discretion, remove any content that violates these Terms

6.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review, edit, or remove any user-generated content
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Cooperate with legal authorities regarding illegal content

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We:

• Are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites
• Do not endorse and are not responsible for any transactions between you and third parties
• Recommend that you review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Platform will be corrected

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Bobi Fans Space, its volunteers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Platform.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation in Kampala, Uganda, before resorting to litigation.

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

15.4 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

15.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
